Message Boards & Stock Manipulation

When investing be careful of message boards, e-mails and all the other stock promoting groups out there. Most seem to playing a shell game.
They tell you about a stock that has already move up, they look for investors, you see the stock run, you continue to listen to them.
After all they were right about the stock you invest in. They say hold, you hold and they sell, and sell and sell, driving the price so far down you can not get out.
When they are finished and you have lost all of your money, they call in the SEC, the good old SEC places a halt on the company, the blame goes to the company.
The market manipulators, that used these message boards as their pump and dump platforms, run off with your money.
You set with nothing, they have the money, and the SEC and company take the blame.
You can see it in any stock that is promoted on a message board, there will be people with talking points, setting on the board posting 24/7 bashing the company, the CEO, anything and anyone, to keep you from blaming them.
The SEC needs to start looking for the money in these type of situations.
As of right now, the SEC will not pull trading records. My question is why not? Trading records of any company are easy to pull, the Transfer agent should have a updated list of share outstanding.
It isn't enough to place blame of a drop in price per share.
We need to find where the money ended up.
We need a agency that will actually work for the honest investor. The SEC does not.
There is no way for the American market to make the gains it needs to make, when there is more money in shorting the company than in buying into the company.
Why are our public companies failing?
Ask the SEC in my opinion they are to blame for most of it.
Their refusal to find the money, when billions are missing, is a oversight that can not be forgiven.

What are we waiting on.

I am waiting on the Judge to open this company up.
If the squeaky wheel get the grease, then this will be open by him.

Rufus you are seeing a crack in their armor, may you move in. God Bless

And after you move in, kick IrishLife2 square in the teeth, the fact that many don't see the defamation campaign they are waging is sad, and she is at the forefront of it:

........

A religous man telling someone to kick a person in the teeth! You should be ashamed of yourself and ask God for forgiveness!

You have lied about my post.
You know that you added the part about Irish. I am a God fearing man, and you sir must be one of the crooks, to knowingly post on my blog, a lie, about me. God be merciful to you sir. I pray the SEC finds you, and whoever is in your camp, and closes the door.
You should read the rest on my blog. Repent comes to mind. I have never nor would I make a statement like that about anyone, including Irish. Shame on you

Hi...... Yes its true about the Massage Boards and Stock Manipulation.. Unlike the first two post of Jan 17 & 18 would like you to believe. This just show how far these people will go to stop the truth from coming out. I knew Dr.bob since mid 2006 and find him to be a honest man. He supported the shareholders in the same stock that both of us are in. This stock could be a poster child of Stock Manipulation.

I started in the market not knowing anything about it. I studyed the Web and came across the Message Boards. I though I found a goldmine of information. The amount of infomation was endless, also people that was well informed. The catch I still lost money. Then I found the dark side of the market. Everything Dr.bob was talking about.

There are people working trying to clean the market up. But it takes time. Don’t be afraid of it, but be informed, learn the market. Contact people that are informed. Dr.bob for anyone that knows him is a good starting point.

People on the boards will act as friend, but are there to steal your money. Don’t get me wrong there are some honest ones there, but it hard to figure who is who.

Dr.bob is a well informed man, I never meant him personally, but hope to in the near future. There are a lot of crooks in the market, but also a lot of good family people. Also there are a lot honest CEOs being hurt by the manipulation, good honest companies being ran out of business.

ANONYMITY IS THE SHROUD OF A COWARD AND THE SECURITY OF A TERRORIST. IT IS SOMEONE WHO WILL TOSS A GRENADE AND RUN RATHER THAN FACE HIS OPPONENT. I WOULD NEVER BE ONE AND I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT BEFRIEND OR DEFEND ANYONE WHO IS.
