He Touched Me

I felt the hand of God

He laid upon my head

I was sick within my soul

I knew that I was dead

His spirit flowed into me

I felt it’s warm decent

It was the holy spirit

The one the he had sent

It changed my life completely

As it cleaned up all the mess

It made me feel clean inside

I was finally at my best

The touch of God is real

It does what I can not

It gives new life eternal

It does it on the spot

It is like he never leaves me

It seems he is always there

The things I always wanted

Are now those things I share

The world is all polluted

Messing up Gods true design

But with his gentle touch

Comes the renewing of the mind

The world never changes

Its our lives renewed by him

We see a god eternal

The world then grows dim

I pray you feel the touch of god

Let him flow within your vanes

Everything will be bright and clear

He will take away your pains

Wayward Children

If you have a child that is making poor choices,
and they are listening to the wrong voices.

if your heart is breaking
and your body shaking

God is on the throne,
he will deliver your child home

They may be banged up and bruised,
even beat down and used.

Trust God will make a way
even if they don't listen to what we say

He is our hope, he is our king
I believe he can and will do anything

to keep his family strong and pure
in troubled times we must endure

lift up your head, with your broken heart
His hand is on then, this is just the start.

They know your love is real and true
God will somehow see your child through.

Grandchildren

It is always wonderful to see the grandkids come and go
They remind me of my life, long long ago.

I remember well, setting on grandpa’s lap
His eyes almost shut and watching him nap

Listening to every word he would say
As he bowed his head and started to pray

What lessons did I learn, during those times long ago?
I learned of faith, and heaven is where grandpa wanted me to go.

What is it I want my grandchildren to learn?
Can I teach them the path God wants them to discern

I want to make sure that they know,
To make the choice for Jesus down here below.

Kids listen t me, heaven is a real place
I spent my life telling others of his grace

I want to make sure, that you make it through
Remember all the stories in the Bible are true

Trust him as savior as young as you can
He will always be there holding your hand

There is no better life you can have on this earth
If you only receive Jesus by the new birth

These are the reasons why Jesus died
Always look up and let him be your guide

Little Things

I may just be a little thing, but I got a big story for you
If you listen closely, you will love it too.

There was a little manger, in a little town
That housed a little baby, that God himself sent down

There were little animals, and a bright and shining star
There were even kings, that came from afar

There was a little angle, that lead the shepherd’s way
They came to baby Jesus, lying in the hay

There was a little singing, and a prayer or two
There was a little mother, that knew just want to do

They said that the little baby, was the key to gods whole plan
He looked just like a baby, but wow what a man

He came to forgive all my sins, the little and big ones too
Jesus was his name, and he died for me and you

He just looked little, when they nailed him to a tree
That changed big time, when he rose for you and me

Ye they all seemed like little things, that turned our so grand
God uses many little things, to carry out his plan

Just as Jesus said, suffer the little ones to come to me
Jesus will do his part, and make a big thing out of me

I Still Hear People Crying

It was a dark and dreary day,
When Jesus was betrayed with a kiss that way,
And I could hear Judas crying

They beat him with stripes,
They placed a crown of thorns on his head.
I do not know him, with cursing he said;
And I could hear Peter crying

I wash my hands with this man,
Go, go and crucify him,
And I could hear Pilot crying

He carried the cross as far as he could,
Then the Cyrenian was told
to shoulder the wood.
He picked up the cross, he did the best that he could;
And I could hear Simon crying

There were nails in his hands
As they dropped the cross in the ground,
The sun went dark,
Then the deafening sound,
And I could hear the soldiers crying

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Everyone around them, fell on their knees,
The centurion’s sword went into his side,
He gave up the ghost and there he died.
And I could hear Mary crying

He was taken to the tomb,
His body placed in the ground.
There wasn’t one believer
On the earth to be found.
And I could hear the world crying

On Easter morning, the grave was opened wide.
The angels standing there said, there is no body inside.
He has risen, he has risen,
just like he said.

Mary and Mary Magdalene stopped their crying

I do not believe, I know he is dead.

A soldier

When the war is long over, and the troop have come home
There are times in the night, the solder feels completely alone.

The solder is thinking again, of that friend from the war
That laid down his life, so he could see his family once more.

So please remember the vets, as they work by your side
There is always a memory, of the war left inside

Give them a break, when they are having a hard day
It may be a flashback, from when they wore that berate

Say a little prayer, and give them a break
They did what they did, for all of our sake.

SEALED WITH A KISS

I looked at the letter I had received
It said so much that I wanted to believe
But how do I know, what did I miss
I got it now, it said sealed with a kiss

Jesus was betrayed that lonely night
He knew his fate, there wasn’t a fight.
The guards flogged him, They did not miss
Judas led the way, and sealed it with a kiss.

It was on the cross he bleed and died
Sinless and perfect he was our guide
Righteous and peace could finally meet
They kissed right there at Jesus feet.

Salvation had finally came
To all who believes on Jesus name
Heaven is something you don’t want to miss
Jesus signed it with love, and sealed it with a kiss.

The World Dream

The world could be
What it might have been

What weapon have I to fight the great dragon
That roars and snores with a split tongue he’s been waggon

Can I fight him with weapons of conventional means
or do I need something larger like shovels and beams

I have planned my attack and my offense is set
My defense is ready every detail I have met

So I slip up behind him, I see a slight problem
The dragon is wounded, on his leg he is hobblen

So I lay down my weapon, and walk straight to his face
I mended the wound and in his heart I found grace

The dragon wasn’t mad, just tender and sore
I’m sure glad his tongue isn’t wagging anymore

Snow at the beginning of winter

It’s the first snow of the year
The white earth proves that winter is here.

Icicles are hanging from the old Oak tree
The finger art on the windows are a sight to see.

The trash pile is covered with the white fluffy snow
It appears to be a Viking ship with a clipper in tow.

Winter is a time for dreaming in the day
And big fat snowmen with hair made of hay.

A time for eating food from the old hand dug seller
And going to that big event with that vary special feeler.

My friend you would have to be blind not to see
That clean fresh snow is special to me.

Prayer

Can prayer really change things.
There have been many books written about prayer.
The attitude, the structure, the content. How to get God to answer prayer.
There have even been best sellers, about positive prayer, and financial results.
Prayer is no big secret, it is communicating with God himself.
Communicating with the creature, the alpha and omega of life.
There is no secret to prayer.
Most people do not receive answered prayer, because they do not ask.
The Bible is clear, you have not because you ask not.
If you are in Christ you are a new creature, you life belongs to him.
Prayer is communicating with him, the Bible say we ask amiss, meaning we are asking God to do something against his nature to help our selfishness.
Trusting God is recognizing his as our Lord, allowing him to decide what is needed in our lives,
it is not complaining that God does not answer, it is being satisfied with what God does answer.
Prayer is simple, make sure you are totally committed to him.
Make sure your prayer is not selfish, that does not mean you can not pray for yourself, we all need strength, some need healing, all to help with his plan in our lives.
Then just ask him, and allow him to answer, and accept the answer God gives, after all he is God.

There are a number of myths about Phantom Trading. Below are some of them

Myth:
“Phantom trading” is a scapegoat. The victims are mostly tiny companies would have never succeeded anyway..
Fact:
All businesses struggle for success – especially at the start. In 1975, for instance, Microsoft had just three employees and annual revenues of $16,000. What would have happened if Phantom Traders had targetted Microsoft?
The companies that fall prey to phantom trading suffer as a result of fraud -- plain and simple.
Myth:
These companies failed because they just weren't performing.
Fact:
If anything, it’s the opposite. Most companies that have plummeted in value because of phantom trading were excelling at their start. To forge ahead and more rapidly expand their market-share, these companies sought investors who were willing to help them grow.
The fact that they were growing quickly and urgently needed capital made them prime targets for phantom traders, who deliberately drove their stock prices into the ground.
Consider the average investor who seeks out a small company with big growth potential. Typically, that investor fronts money precisely because he expects the company to succeed -- and he's in it for the long-haul because growth takes time.
Phantom traders, on the other hand, promise that they’re in for the long-term -- and then turn around a sell a massive number of their newly-purchased shares before the ink is even dry. But the truly criminal part is that many of the shares they sell don’t even exist.
Myth:
Victims of phantom trading are corporations run by rich people, undeserving of any sympathy,
Fact:
Every company starts out small and hopes to grow. Entrepreneurs often invest their life savings into their companies, hoping that one day they’ll succeed immensely.
Along the way, they provide jobs to others and make products that people demand. Many start-ups are created to respond to a specific demand in the marketplace -- like medicine or cutting-edge technology.
Besides, the investment firms that engage in naked short-selling are the ones with all the money. They move millions -- if not billions -- each day! The start-ups, on the other hand, can't jump in and out of markets as quickly.
Myth:
Phantom trading is perfectly legal.
Fact:
Although naked short selling is not necessarily a violation of the federal securities laws, it almost always is. The general exception, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), is for “market makers in thinly traded, illiquid stocks such as securities quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.”
That’s why economist and former U.S. undersecretary of commerce Robert Shapiro has become such a vocal critic of the prevalence of phantom trading, attributing the practice to a “loophole.” That’s also why, in 2004, the SEC issued a regulation -- known as RegSHO -- explicitly designed to curb abusive naked shorting.
Myth:
Phantom trading is just a small problem, and it affects only a few companies.
Fact:
According to expert estimates, over 1,000 businesses have been destroyed at the hands of phantom traders, and about $6 billion worth of trades fail to deliver every day.
In just the last few years, the SEC has imposed about $24 million in penalties in a number of cases alleging that traders and investment firms illegally engaged in phantom trading.
But these penalties were the consequence of settlements, meaning that phantom traders with plenty of money never have to face criminal penalties for destroying promising start-ups.
Phantom trading affects virtually everyone. It doesn't matter whether your money is in a mutual fund or an index fund, or whether it's in a 401(k) or an IRA. If you're invested in stocks, you're vulnerable to phantom trading.

What is Phantom Trading?

Every day, a small group of unscrupulous traders systematically loots the stock market by agreeing to sell stock and then “failing to deliver” that stock to those who have bought it. It is a cynical manipulation of the legitimate practice of “short selling” stocks, in which a seller will temporarily borrow stock and sell it, hoping that he or she can replace the borrowed stock with stock purchased at a lower price before the deal is closed and the stock itself must be delivered to the buyer.
Phantom trading is a variation of that process – and is commonly called “naked short selling.” The naked short seller
does not legitimately borrow the stock he sells short, and/or
he sells stock he does not own or control multiple times. When the time comes to deliver the stock to the buyer, the phantom trader pockets the money and either fails to deliver the stock, or delivers it late.
Phantom trading is a variation of the legal short selling process – and is commonly called 'naked short selling.'
Such phantom trades are said to account for some $6 billion in transactions on the stock exchange every market day. And they have been allowed to continue because of a series of technical loopholes in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s trade clearing process.
However, the market does indeed react to the large volume of these apparent transactions as unreal shares are traded. In fact, phantom traders can and do manipulate stock prices to their advantage.
One out of every three companies is affected by such phantom trades, but in the complicated processing of billions of daily transactions, phantom traders have been able to slide around regulations, rig price moves, and pull down substantial illegitimate profits.
Normally, a buy/sell transaction has a three-day clearing period. The seller has three days to actually deliver the stock. But in today’s markets, "Fail to Deliver" (FTD) trades have become far too common and phantom traders sell stocks “out of the air” to multiple buyers with the intention of manipulating prices to their advantage. In effect, they flood the market with “shorts” to drive down the price of the stock.
One out of every three companies is affected by phantom trades.
In rare instances, an FTD is allowed under existing regulations. Sometimes stocks cannot be delivered because of a technical glitch or clerical error. But phantom traders manipulate the system to devalue the price of targeted stocks. To date, enforcement of delivery rules has been far too lax and phantom traders have faced only minimal fines and virtually no criminal charges. Among the group that perpetuates these trades, the word is that that "crime pays" and that the profits to be earned from sophisticated phantom trading far outweigh the risks.
Where is the Securities and Exchange Commission in all this? The Commission’s Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is responsible for delivery rules and their enforcement but, in fact, is owned by Wall Street interests. Apparently, those Wall Street interests protect their own, particularly in the case of problematic – and profitable -- FTDs.
Phantom traders have faced only minimal fines and virtually no criminal charges. The word is that that 'crime pays' -- and that the profits to be earned from phantom trading far outweigh the risks.
In those instances where a stock cannot be delivered for legitimate reasons, the DTCC is legally allowed to engage in naked shortselling to keep the markets running smoothly. But all too often, the DTCC actually backstops egregious FTD transactions that are initiated by phantom traders. The DTCC intervenes, borrows stock itself to deliver to the buyer, and receives the cash from the buyer.
But the damage is already done, and the DTCC’s "stock borrow program" has not been effective in bringing FTD traders to account. It smoothes over the issue, sweeping it under Wall Street’s very large rug.
The DTCC certificates are themselves phantom shares.
Even worse, the DTCC may not even deliver the stock in question at all. Instead it hands the buyer a kind of IOU for the phantom stock. These DTCC certificates are themselves, in effect, phantom shares which affect – or infect – legitimate transactions and market pricing.
The DTCC admits that FTDs amount to $6 billion a day, but has so far failed to explain how these failures are handled. Because of its enabling role, the DTCC has been criticized as either making money off of these failures, or simply doing nothing in the face of outrageous practices.
Regardless, the volume and pervasiveness of phantom trades skims the market to the benefit of insiders, draining capital value from companies and, ultimately, defrauding legitimate investors.

The Hundred Billion Dollor Loophole (05.07.02)

There's a rule that the market makers use ... a rule that only has less than two hundred words in it ...and that rule allows them to naked short an OTCBB or Pink Sheet stock into oblivion. It allows them toliterally create, out of thin air, as many shares as they need, to maintain an orderly market."(B) Proprietary short salesNo member shall effect a short sale for its ownaccount in any security unless the member or personassociated with a member makes an affirmativedetermination that the member can borrow thesecurities or otherwise provide for delivery of thesecurities by the settlement date. This requirementwill not apply to transactions in corporate debtsecurities, to bona fide market making transactions bya member in securities in which it is registered as aNasdaq market maker, to bona fide market makertransactions in non-Nasdaq securities in which themarket maker publishes a two-sided quotation in anindependent quotation medium, or to transactions whichresult in fully hedged or arbitraged positions."This rule allows a market maker to create a share in a company by simply taking the money from the buyer andmaking an electronic entry into their brokers' account, and the broker then electronically creditsthe buyer with one share of that company. But several things that no one is aware of take placein this transaction. 1. The buyer thinks that his share actually exists,but unless he or she has read his account agreementvery carefully, he won't understand that all he did isgive money to someone other than the company and nevergot any actual proof of ownership. His certificate, presumably, is sitting at the DTCC.2. The market maker filling the order for one share has the buyer's money, and gave nothing exceptelectronic acknowledgment of receipt of it ... the electronic entry in the buyer's account.One very important thing to understand here, is that at no point in this process, did the company in whichthe buyer 'invested' ever get one single dime of the money paid by the buyer for that share. There is atremendous misconception out there that causes many to assume that when they buy a share of a company'sstock, the company gets the money.This is only true if the buyer is buying an IPO, or a private placement of shares from the company. In anyother sale or purchase of a stock by an investor, the company does not even see the money.This is particularly vexing when one begins to understand what happens in naked shorting situations.Situations where the provision that allows for naked shorting to maintain an orderly market is abused.Understand that whoever is doing the naked shorting is the one receiving the money. They keep it. For as longas it is convenient to do so. That is where the abuse of the rule comes in.That rule was created to allow for market makers, who by becoming market makers, agree to 'make a market' incertain stocks. That means that they will sell you a share, or buy a share from you, even if there isn'tany available, or there are no other buyers for it. The Market makers' job is at least partly, to provideliquidity to the market. In thinly traded securities, or securities where there is a small public float, themarket makers' ability to naked short is crucial to the liquidity of the market in that security.The abuse takes place when the market maker for whatever reason determines that the market for aparticular security has become "disorderly". Too much buying pressure, for instance, can cause a price spikein that security that would have no relationship to the true book value of the security. The market makerthen determines that he will naked short to fill orders, knowing that by doing so, the price will notexplode on unusually high demand because he can literally issue new shares under this rule. The marketmaker then waits, with an open naked short position in that stock, until the buying pressure subsides, and hecan buy enough shares back at lower prices to cover his naked short position.The rule does not have any time requirements and that allows for the market maker to keep a naked shortposition open for potentially years. In reality, until the buying pressure subsides enough for him to buyback at lower prices however many shares he needs to fill previously filled orders that make up his nakedshort position, it simply stays open, and the money sits in his account.Someone is going to ask the question, "So, how big are all those naked short positions, anyhow?"There is another provision that says that the market makers do not have to publish their open naked shortpositions. Never. At all. All OTCBB and Pink Sheet securities can be naked shorted - indefinitely - bymarket makers under this rule, and there is no way that an investor can discover if there is an opennaked short position in a stock he may be interested in, or even how big that short position is.So far, the SEC does not see a strong need to correct this situation, either.Think about it. There are unlimited amounts of shares that were never authorized or issued by a company madeavailable to the unsuspecting investor. They are authorized and issued by the market makers under thisrule, and the company never gets any money from the sale of shares created under this rule.The temptation to abuse this rule is irresistible. Just do the math. A million naked shorted shares soldby a market maker at 0.01 (one cent) is $10,000 that the market maker keeps in his account, and that thecompany does not get. At 0.10 (ten cents) the market maker gets to keep $100,000. Now, that is for eachmillion shares that the market maker creates. Under this rule, if a company and/or a group ofshareholders begin to suspect a short position exists in their security, they can not discover this from anypublished source. The price of the stock remains constant, or goes down, even though there is unusuallyheavy buying ... buying that goes on for years in some cases.The company thinks that there is someone illegally shorting their stock in an attempt to ruin thecompany. The shareholders think that the company is illegally printing shares behind their backs and isscaming them. Eventually, this distrust between the company and it's shareholders becomes so great thatinvestors start selling, or the company, already damaged by a suppressed share price, is forced to issueadditional shares into the market because other collateral-backed loans can not be made with shareprices so suppressed. This is what the market maker is waiting for ...sometimes for as long as years. In both cases, the market maker eventually gets his naked short positioncovered, and all it cost was the company's reputation, the shareholders' money, and the SEC's fullcooperation by allowing this abuse of the rule.There is a third situation that the market makers naked short into ... a stock that is a likely prospectfor failure. In that case, they just continue naked shorting no matter what, keeping the price suppressed,and eventually the company files for bankruptcy, and ... the company goes out of business, the shareholderslose their investment ... and the market maker keeps the proceeds of his continued naked shorting.A good question for the SEC would be, "Seeing as how the companies that failed never got the proceeds ofthe sale of stock over and above their issued and outstanding, but the market makers did, isn't the SECallowing actual fraud to take place, and condoning it by the creation and continued existence of this rule?"Like it or not, the SEC has allowed securities fraud to run rampant in the OTCBB and Pink sheet stockmarkets by simply looking the other way and allowing the market makers to target the OTCBB and Pink sheetmarkets as a source of huge amounts of cash, literally stolen from investors by the third party creation ofshares by an entity other than the the issuer - the company.This rule is nothing less than blanket permission by the SEC for market makers to become the issuers ofcompany stock, no matter what the company's official authorized and issued amounts are.And that, my friends and fellow investors, is securities fraud on a scale almost beyondcomprehension.Isn't capitalism great.One way to fight back on this is to email all the members on the House Committee of Financial Services (click link below). They oversee the SEC. We need 1000's of emails going to the Chairman of this Committee, all memebers for that matter, stating that this corruption must stop!! Come on people let's stand up for something and fight back on this. It will take a herculean effort to make our voices known. The next Chairman will probably be Barney Frank so maybe we can make a difference with a new Chairman
